5 Best Winter Venues for Seacoast Pups
The winter months can be cold and drab, but our 4 legged friends still need to go! Here’s the list of the 5 best places to bring your dog year round for some exercise and fun!
Stratham Hill Park
Stratham Hill Park has it all! Walking trails, community space, playgrounds, a dirt pump track for bikes and miles of walking trails! Stratham Hill Park is also one of the few public parks locally that allow dogs to be off-leash year round. I find it to be well maintained, clean and safe. There can be icy sections in the Winter months, so be prepared as humans. Otherwise, let your dog run free and even go for a freezing cold dip in the pond!
Famous Favorite: Friendly dog parents who are generally very responsible and kind!

Wagon Hill Park
Open fields, wooded walks, sweeping views of the bay await you - and your dog will love it too! Wagon Hill Park offers off-leash time scheduled daily and otherwise, leashed dogs are always welcome! There are ample stands stocked with poop bags and bins for proper disposal.
Famous Favorite: Take the trail less taken that winds along the bay! It’s stunning - and fairly quiet in the Winter!

Woof Meow
Does your dog love the water but it’s too cold for the beach or lake? Head to Woof Meow (cutest name, right?!) and take them for a swim! You can rent private pool time and follow a solid swim session with a bath and blow dry! Self serve or full service, Woof Meow has it all!
Famous Favorite: Pick up your organic, high end treats and food after your pups swim!
